Assistan Manager - Yogyakarta

Responsibilities:

To possess a busy, emotionally taxing job that requires them to be incessantly on their toes and ready for the worst-case scenario. They ensure that the hotel operates efficiently and effectively when the General Manager is not there. Assistan Managers must have a kind personality, an excellent attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:

Male or Female, Max. 30 Years old.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management /Communication/Marketing/Manajement or equivalent with GPA : 3.00.

Speaking good English & Communicative

Having at least one year experience in similar position in 3 - 5 stars hotel capacity

Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

Having right Attitude towards the roles & responsibilities

Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skill

Good leadership with interpersonal and effective communication skills

Self-motivated and have positive mind set

Independent, result oriented, tough and able to thrive in a fast paced and energetic environment

Emerging ability to build relationship with all staff hotel

Computer literacy
